Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 - Saturday, April 18 at 1:30pm ET on Fox Sports 1

Radio: Performance Racing Network (PRN), Sirius/XM Radio Channel 90

This Week's Texas 28 Spirits Stage Toyota at Bristol Motor Speedway:  JJ Yeley will pilot Chassis No. 229 in the Drive to Stop Diabetes 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway. This will be the first race of the season that Yeley has piloted this Toyota Camry chassis.

Yeley at Bristol Motor Speedway:
JJ will be making his 13th NASCAR XFINITY Series start at the Bristol Motor Speedway to go along with his 10 starts in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at the track.  Yeley has a best finish in XFINITY Series competition of a 12th-place effort in the 2006 Fall event at the "World's Fastest Half-Mile".

JJ finished 30th in the 2014 Fall race for JGL Racing at Bristol Motor Speedway.

JJ's Thoughts on the "World's Fastest Half-Mile":
"Bristol is a fun, tough and demanding race track.  With the old Bristol it was crucial to run around the bottom but once they made the changes the high groove is the best way around the track.  Now that they have added additional safer barriers down the straightaways it should be interesting how that impacts things. You will still want the high groove but there is obviously less room there now and it will probably change the racing a little.

The fans at Bristol are some of the best we see all year long. Heck, I camped out with the fans a few years ago at Bristol and it was awesome.  The track provides the fans great seats everywhere and we look to put on a great show for them on Saturday with our No. 28 Toyota."

Crew Chief Corner with Steve Plattenberger:
"I always look forward to going to Bristol - it is such a unique track and obviously different than anything else we race on all year.  We are going to the track this week with pretty much the same set-up we had last year.  We were really good there in the Fall with JJ last year and had a strong run going until we broke our steering box.  As a crew chief I love the challenge that Bristol presents and it makes the driver and crew stay on their toes at all times.

We have had an up and down start to the 2015 NASCAR XFINITY Series season but we have assembled a great team here at JGL Racing.  We haven't really had the finishes we deserve thus far but hopefully we change that his weekend in Bristol."
