David Starr and Zachry Holdings, Inc. Join HT Motorsports Two Truck Effort for the 2009 Season

Martinsville, Virginia (January 26, 2009) – Zachry Holdings, Inc., a privately-held, family owned company dedicated to the planning, building and renewing of our world’s most critical industrial facilities will sponsor David Starr and the No. 24 HT Motorsports Toyota  for the 2009 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season. The green and black No. 24 Zachry Toyota will feature primary sponsorship from the San Antonio, Texas-based company for select races during the season and major associate sponsorship for the remainder of the year.

“We are proud and excited about the new partnership with Zachry and David Starr,” stated team owner Jim Harris.  “We look forward to working with all Zachry associates and rewarding their support with a trip to Victory Lane.  The philosophy of Zachry Holdings, Inc. is very much in line with what I have at my various companies and it is an honor to work with a partner that has the same culture.  We are working hard in preparing things for Daytona and we all look forward to a successful 2009 season on and off the track.”

Zachry has built years of history in the power, refining, cement and nuclear industries with many of the same values and convictions as the NASCAR family.

“Our number one priority is the safety of our employees, and we’ve partnered up with individuals who understand that team safety comes first,” said Keith Manning, Executive Vice President of Zachry.  “Many of our 20,000 employees and our customers, suppliers and partners are NASCAR fans and identify with the goals of the race team, including safety, collaboration and execution excellence.”

Starr, who finished 12th in the 2008 final point standings, will be joined at HT Motorsports by returning veteran driver Terry Cook.  Cook will pilot the No.25 HT Motorsports Toyota Tundra and the team is working to secure sponsorship for the season.

“I cannot express the appreciation I have for Zachry and their 20,000 employees for letting me be a part of their team,” echoed Starr.  “I am excited about joining HT Motorsports and being teammates with Terry Cook.  I think we both will work well together and that will show in our results.  The HT Motorsports team was one of the strongest in the series at the end of last season and I believe the combination of Terry and myself will continue that success.  I was given the opportunity to work with the Zachry folks for the final six races of the 2008 season and they are an incredible group of people and we all know that ‘it takes a force’ to be competitive on the track and at the job site.  We look forward to assisting Zachry achieve their at-track goal of recruiting ‘enthusiastic highly effective employees’ during the 2009 season and beyond.”

The No. 24 Zachry Toyota will be led by crew chief Jason Miller who notched his first victory last season at Mansfield Motorsports Park.  The crew chief duties on the No. 25 HT Motorsports Toyota will be handled by Danny Rollins who led the late Bobby Hamilton to the 2004 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship.

Zachry will uniquely employ this sponsorship effort to conduct at-track employee recruiting utilizing midway displays and offering live on-line application submissions at select 2009 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race venues.

The 2009 NASCAR Camping World Series season kicks off on February 13th with the running of the NextEra Energy Resources 250.
